The first and best educational strategy you can use in the online context to meet your learners with strategic support is called “chunking.” It’s so simple.
Next up, you want to consider some really simple visual strategies you can use to provide clarity and direction for everyone that takes your mini course. One of the biggest obstacles to learning in the online context can be visual chaos.
Finally, I want to talk about action steps. It is your responsibility to lay out specifically what people should be doing with the information that you teach. Make your action steps really specific and really clear so that there is no confusion.
